The experimental, armor-plated attack-plane with a reciprocating engine of air-cooling of the time of World War II, designed by the Experimental design office, by the aircraft designer Pavel Sukhoy. The experimental plane SU-6 had a good manoeuvring ability. However, in May, 1944, the attack-plane IL-10 with the same engine AM-42 finished its test operations, having showed higher flight characteristics. As the result, the conclusion was made about the uselessness of launching of the SU-6 with AM-42 into the mass-production.
It is an interesting model of intermediate level of difficulty. There is an interior of the cockpit. The absence of a written-guidance is compensated with very precise assembling drawings.
