Our model shows a typical warehouse of the 1930s. Usually the quay would be full of barrels, boxes, trucks, transporters, wagons and of course works. Cranes would be working day and night unload the ships
This kit contains eight dockside cranes: Four portal cranes and four semi-portal cranes which are to be attached to a warehouse or shelter. These cranes were typically built in the 1920s and 1930s, but they were used for decades and could be found in Hamburg harbor nearly until the end of the 20th century
