The instruction in English

Laid down on the 19th, 10, 1934, at the plant #190 in Leningrad, and launched on the 5th, 11, 1935. It jointed the fleet on the 18th, 12, 1936, as a BGCR and was enlisted into the 1st System of Operative and Guard Connection (SOGC) of Border-Security Forces (BSF) of NKVD of Murmansk Border Guard Detachment. On the 12th, 05, 1942, three Ju-88 bombed the navy base of Yokanga. The bombs exploded near the side of the GCR and made several shell holes. The superstructures caught fire, but fire was soon put out. During towing of the GCR to the coast, the depth bombs on it exploded and the cruiser sank. 13 persons died, 46 persons were wounded. The GCR was elevated on the 12th, 09, 1942, left for drying. It jointed the fleet again in 1944. On the 23th, 09, 1944, it was a member of the convoy’s escort to the island of Dickson. It sank in the Kara Sea because of the submarine’s torpedo hit. It is a small but rather difficult model for assembling. There are a lot of tiny details and there is reverse printing. It is recommended for advanced model-makers
